I started writing songs in the middle of my life because I couldn't help myself and this album was the initial result. I took a year out of work to go back to school and committed to some fun projects on the side, this being the most personal. I already knew producer Steve Williams and was lucky to have him produce, co-arrange and engineer this album with me at The Chapel Studios. It was an overdue act of emotional exorcism, hence the title. Still Unforgiven was the conversation with my parents I never had while they were alive.  I should add I wrote Your Open Door with a view to singing it myself, but it turned out my wife Penny could sing it much better than I could, so...
